Add your store
Save your public shop website in Store settings. For your first plan, choose a product or collection page with clear images and product details. Fama does not import your entire catalog or require a shop plugin.
Connect Instagram
Use a professional Business or Creator account. The direct Instagram Login flow does not require a Facebook Page. Reconnect only when the product reports a genuine authorization or credential problem.
Connect Facebook
Connect a Facebook Page you manage from Social connections in your workspace. Choose only the business and Page you intend to publish to. A personal Facebook profile is not a publishing destination.
Connect X
Connect the X account you want to publish to from Social connections. Check the account name before authorizing. Each store uses its own connection; no test account is shared with customers.
Create a fresh plan
Choose Create fresh plan from your store page. Each network gets its own product queue and caption; products may differ. Pending drafts are replaced, so save any edits you need first. Creating a plan does not publish it.
Publish manually
Review each selected network's next product, image and caption. Publish now confirms exactly which posts will be sent. Each network advances only after its own publication is confirmed; one failure does not undo another network's success.
Schedule posts
Turn on scheduled publishing, then choose Schedule queue. Use the same schedule for all selected networks or customize each, with one shared timezone. Review the product and time preview before saving. Cancel schedules for just one network when needed.
Use Autopilot safely
Autopilot starts off. Draft suggestions prepare content for review. Full autopilot can prepare and publish up to one daily post per ready network, including networks connected later. Each network is independent. Turning Autopilot off stops new automatic work but keeps existing schedules; cancel them or turn scheduled publishing off to pause them.
Publishing is paused
A paused state protects the store. Check whether automatic publishing is off, autopilot is off, the beta team paused the store, or the global service is temporarily unavailable. Existing drafts and history remain.
A post needs attention
Check the affected network's status and history. If the outcome is unconfirmed, check the social account and contact support before retrying. Do not publish the same content again to work around a locked post.
Reconnect a social account
Use the affected network's Reconnect action in Social connections. Drafts and history stay saved. Reconnecting does not retry a failed post; existing scheduled posts may resume at their scheduled times. Pause scheduled publishing first if you do not want them to run.
Why the beta has limits
The invited beta is free. Daily content-generation limits cover fresh plans and regenerated proposals; saved drafts remain editable when you reach a limit. Scheduling and automatic work are bounded to prevent accidental loops. Contact the beta owner if a limit blocks normal use.
